6507/2-5 S (Ørn) is a discovery in the northern part of the Norwegian Sea, 21 kilometres northwest of the Skarv field. The water depth is 380 metres. Ørn was proven in 2019, and contains gas and condensate in sandstone of Middle Jurassic age in the Garn and Not Formations. In December 2022, three plans for development and operation (PDO) were submitted for a joint development of three discoveries in the Skarv area (Skarv Satellite Project), including Ørn. The development concept for Ørn is one 4-slot subsea template, tied-back to the Skarv production, storage and offloading vessel (FPSO).
